Please join us as we prepare for the 2019-2020 Rotary Year in District 6250!

Together the District Leadership Team will establish plans for the upcoming Rotary year and finalize Assistant Governor Group and District Committee goals and actions. In addition we’ll plan for the upcoming PETS; establishing AG and Committee Chair roles for the four district breakouts that will take place during that event.

9:25 - 11:45 am	Round Table Planning Session and Discussion to cover District Initiatives and Club Support Activities for 2019-20. Based on work AG’s and Committee Chairs have been doing with Strategic Planning. Planning today will give us an agenda for the work we will do at PETS with our PE’s and PEN’s. Following to be discussed with new / on-going initiatives to be introduced. Actions and initiatives with a minimum of theory 😊 Work Leading into today … Strategic Planning and draft PETS Toolkit. Membership. Maybe video? Public Image. Foundation. Youth Programs. Friendship Exchange Assistant Governors PETS … discussion on how we plan to run the four District breakout sessions. DG Visits (one week per AG Group). AG’s decide timing and format with PE’s at PETS. 2020 District Festival Update District Club Runner and New Website Overview
