The Vibrant Club Workshops for this year are newly designed to be tool builders for clubs. The workshops will most effectively enhance your club when at least 3 club members attend together. These are also tools that are broadly helpful in other areas of our lives.

Create Lasting Impact – Promoting Civil Discourse In Your Club and Within Your Community
Civil discourse is essential to effective leadership and to building strong, vibrant Rotary clubs that serve as trusted community resources.
This interactive five-hour workshop helps Rotarians strengthen their leadership by exploring the connection between civil discourse and the Rotary Four-Way Test. Participants will experience the Braver Angels Depolarizing Within workshop, develop greater self-awareness and personal responsibility in modeling respectful dialogue, identify practical strategies for fostering a culture of civil discourse within their clubs, and explore how Rotary can serve as a community leader in promoting constructive civic engagement.

Every member of your club shapes how your community sees Rotary. This interactive workshop is a comprehensive, hands-on dive into public image. We’ll cover storytelling, communications, marketing, promotion, PR, and brand.
All designed to help your club build a culture where telling your story is a team effort, not just one person's task. Whether you're brand-new to Rotary or a seasoned club leader, whether marketing is your world or completely outside your comfort zone, you'll leave with practical tools, real resources, and fresh ideas you can use immediately.
