The Wisconsin Rapids Noon Rotary Club is launching something new and it’s already making a powerful difference. Under President Claire’s leadership, our club has begun implementing quarterly service projects focused on meeting real needs in our community. From stuffing stockings for 40 foster children to supporting the local Family Center with move-in kits for families transitioning into new homes, Rotarians are showing up with generosity, energy, and purpose. This initiative is just getting started and the momentum is inspiring.
The Wisconsin Rapids Noon Rotary Club is excited to launch a new quarterly service project initiative designed to give back to areas of need throughout our community. Under the leadership of our current president, Claire, this new effort has already seen an encouraging level of participation and enthusiasm from club members.
Our first project was a stocking-stuffing event that provided 40 foster children with holiday stockings filled with thoughtful items to brighten their season. Club members came together to organize, assemble, and contribute supplies—creating not just a meaningful gift, but also a moment of care and connection for children who deserve extra support.
Our second service effort focused on our local Family Center, where we collected and assembled move-in kits for families transitioning into new homes. These kits included essential household items to help families settle in with dignity and comfort as they begin a new chapter.
This quarterly project model has already created a strong sense of teamwork and purpose among our Rotarians, and we’re looking forward to continuing this tradition throughout the year. We’re proud to serve Wisconsin Rapids and are grateful for the growing commitment of our club members as we work together to meet community needs in practical, lasting ways.
