October is flying by quickly but there is still time to share some mind-provoking #EndPolioNow materials on your club’s website, social platforms, and in your upcoming meeting.
If you are hosting an #EndPolioNow fundraising event, you may want to play one of these videos at your event. Yes, they’re that good!

Polio Eradication Video This six-minute video entices us to “finish the job” with specifics on how to get the job done and how close we are. Yes, we are THIS CLOSE! The beauty of this video is that it has specific sections, allowing you to show either the entire video at one time or split up and watch only specific sections if your time is limited. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2S21_7Xr0w
Two Drops of Patience Watch this story about a woman, named Patience, and her journey she takes to deliver polio vaccinations ALL BY HERSELF! Her courage shows us we can do more. This video, under six minutes, is a great watch! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N99K46Ujdsg&t=11s
Local Trust, Global Impact This 2-minute video is about Diana Maria Pirga, a Rotarian who started in Rotaract and now works with UNICEF in a digital position to entice people to accept the vaccinations. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?tab=rm&ogbl#search/jason?projector=1
We also have posts on our District Facebook and Instagram pages. Simply log in on Facebook (or Instagram) from your club’s page - not your personal profile, click on the magnifying glass icon to search for our District 6250 page, scroll through until you see our Polio posts and click share. Add a caption or your club’s #hashtag and click “post.” It will then show on your club’s page.
