If your club has ever struggled to keep your website and social media platforms updated with fresh content, worry no more! Thanks to the innovative efforts of our District Governor Todd Restel, along with his fellow WI 6270 District Governor, Peter Bosch, and other newly appointed district governors from zones 25 and 29, the Media Kits Initiative has been launched to provide clubs with user-friendly materials conveniently packed in a zip drive.
This initiative aims to support clubs in maintaining a dynamic and captivating social presence throughout the year. By curating approximately 75 dates of interest across the Rotary calendar, the district governors have focused on delivering content that resonates with both Rotarians and the wider community, making content creation a breeze for all involved.
A comprehensive media kit has been created for each chosen date of interest. Each kit includes an article, a post, an X post, and an image, which can even be branded with your club’s logo. These kits bring you relevant, timely content at your fingertips, to make it easy for you to keep your club’s presence fresh and interesting.
The process is simple: a designated Rotarian from your club can request to join the distribution list to receive emails containing the media collateral by completing the form available at this link: (https://form.jotform.com/241528123235045) and submitting your club’s logo.
Three days before each date of interest, you will receive an email containing a zip drive with all the content, allowing ample time for review and scheduling. From the content within the zip drive, you have the flexibility to select and curate the material that best suits your club's needs.
This new Media Kit Initiative offers you a priceless opportunity to effortlessly access a continuous flow of high-quality content tailored for your club's social media platforms year-round. By taking advantage of this initiative, you not only enhance your club's visibility but also amplify the positive influence you have in your community. Embrace this opportunity to showcase the incredible work your club does daily and solidify your position as a dynamic force for good.
