Your club does more than you may realize and a year of Rotary accomplishments deserves to be celebrated!

Our latest Public Image KISS Zoom (found HERE) shows you how to turn those accomplishments into a simple, engaging annual report that showcases your club’s impact and inspires pride among your members.

Your annual report doesn't have to be elaborate. It might be a two-sided document, a PowerPoint presentation, or even a video. The goal is to capture your club’s story through photos, statistics, member highlights, and examples of the difference your club makes.

Consider including:

  • Service and fundraising: Projects completed, volunteer activities, and funds raised.
  • Membership and giving: Membership numbers, growth, and contributions to The Rotary Foundation and PolioPlus.
  • Impact and inspiration: Photos, testimonials, and the why behind your projects.
  • Goals and accomplishments: What your club set out to do and what you achieved.

The secret is to start now and add to it throughout the Rotary year. When the end of the year arrives, you’ll already have the content you need.

Your annual report can also become a powerful public image and membership recruitment tool. Share highlights on social media, display copies at club meetings and community events, and use the report to show prospective members how your club makes a difference locally and around the world.
