Create Lasting Impact – Promoting Civil Discourse

In Your Club and Within Your Community

Civil discourse is essential to effective leadership and to building strong, vibrant Rotary clubs that serve as trusted community resources.

This interactive five-hour workshop helps Rotarians strengthen their leadership by exploring the connection between civil discourse and the Rotary Four-Way Test. Participants will experience the Braver Angels Depolarizing Within workshop, develop greater self-awareness and personal responsibility in modeling respectful dialogue, identify practical strategies for fostering a culture of civil discourse within their clubs, and explore how Rotary can serve as a community leader in promoting constructive civic engagement.

Co-presenters:

Lee Rasch                                     Cameron Swallow

Rotary Club of La Crosse              Braver Angels Wisconsin

LUNCH IS INCLUDED - no charge

The Vibrant Club Workshop is designed to inspire and equip Rotarians with tools to make their clubs more dynamic, engaging, and impactful.

Who should attend: Any new Rotarian in the past 5 years. Those serving on committees for foundation, public image, membership, and Polio Plus. Those who wish to move into leadership at Rotary. Leaders in Rotary. Those who want to understand more about how to grow our reach, one club at a time.
