District Grants Update for 2024-25
District Grants for the 2024-25 Rotary year are closed. Due to a reduced amount of District Designated Funds (DDF) from Annual Fund contributions and an overwhelming response of 16 grant requests, we were able to award $69,420 to support 12 projects across the district. All available funds for this Rotary year have been allocated.
Grant applications for the 2025-26 Rotary year are due by May 25, 2025.

Rotary District Grants Requests are due by May 25 immediately prior to the Rotary fiscal year they are being applied for. Projects must be completed and reports finalized (including applicable receipts) by May 15 of the Rotary year in which the funds were received.
Please keep in mind:
- All rules regarding the application for a District Grant must be followed precisely. These can be found on the District Grant Application form.
- The application deadline of May 25 is the deadline to submit your District Grant application in order to be considered in the first round of grant funding. Applications received that are incomplete will not be accepted. For that reason it is best to submit your application well before the deadline. Any District Grant applications received after May 25th will be reviewed on a monthly basis by the District Grants Subcommittee until our funding for the year has been depleted.
- The District Grants team is willing to review your application and provide helpful feedback prior to your submittal but can only do so with adequate time. Please don’t wait until the last minute to request these services.
- In the event the total dollar amount of grant requests exceed the dollars available, the grants review team will be tasked with making the final allocation decisions. Grant awards may be less than the amount requested and all other things being equal, higher priority may be given based on the order of accepted application arrival.
