The Application Process

STEP 1.

Talk with your parents and get their approval and support |

STEP 2. |
Complete the Preliminary Application Online |
|
|
STEP 3. |
You are contacted by a Rotary Representative |
|
| STEP 4. | You are given the link to start the Full Application Online | |
| STEP 5. | Start the working on the Supplemental Documents (Read Instructions) | |
|
STEP 6. |
You are connected with a Local Rotary Club which will sponsor you |
|
|
STEP 7. |
You and your family are interviewed by your local Rotary Club representative |
|
|
STEP 8. |
Make appointment for a physical with your doctor. Doctor Appointments need to be done AFTER September 1 and BEFORE November 25. |

STEP 9. |
Make appointment for a check up with your dentist. Dentist Appointments need to be done on or AFTER September 1 and BEFORE November 25. |

STEP 10. |
Get a certified copy of your birth certificate |
|
|
STEP 11. |
Apply for a passport or renew your passport if it expires on or before December 31 the year you return |

STEP 12. |
Complete the Full Application Online |
|
|
STEP 13. |
Complete the Application Supplemental Documents (sent via email link) |

STEP 14. |
Attend the District Outbound Orientation Interviews (First Sunday of November) |
|
|
STEP 15. |
Acceptance or Rejection notification takes place 1-2 days after interviews |
